Keynote Speaking

Smajo works closely with event organisers to understand your audience and context before every engagement. His four keynotes cover leadership and values, belonging and culture, narrative and change, and meaning and purpose. He is available for corporate events, leadership conferences, NHS and public sector programmes, and education leadership events.

Discussion and Conversation

A hosted conversation or question-and-answer session drawing on Smajo’s lived experience and expertise, on leadership, belonging, genocide education, refugee experience, or the human capacity for compassion under pressure. Format and timings are arranged to suit your event.

Training

For organisations that want to go deeper than a keynote, Smajo offers half-day and full-day training sessions that take the ideas from his talks and work them directly into your leadership team. Training is available as a standalone offer or as an extension of any keynote. Please enquire to discuss format, timing, and fit.

Consultancy

Smajo works with a small number of organisations each year on a consultancy basis, bringing his expertise in leadership, human behaviour, genocide education, and community cohesion directly into the work of your organisation. Whether you are developing a values framework, navigating a cultural challenge, or building an education or community programme, Smajo can offer insight and guidance grounded in twenty years of professional and lived experience. Fees

Smajo's standard corporate keynote fee is available on request. Fees vary depending on the nature of the engagement, the audience, and the format. Reduced rates are available for charities, community organisations, and education institutions. Smajo also reserves a small number of free speaking slots each year for community groups and grassroots organisations, please enquire if this applies to you.
