The keynote is the beginning
For organisations that want to embed the ideas into their leadership culture, not just experience them in a single event, Smajo offers half-day and full-day training sessions that take the ideas from his talks and work them directly with your leadership team.
/TRAINING
A keynote changes how people think. Training changes how people work. Smajo’s training sessions are built around the same core ideas as his keynotes, moral and courageous leadership, the stories organisations tell, belonging as a leadership practice, and the meaning that keeps people going but worked through in a structured, participatory format that gives leadership teams the time and space to apply them to their own context.
Sessions move between story, reflection, and practical application. Participants are invited to examine their own values, narratives, and leadership choices directly, in a space that is challenging without being uncomfortable and personal without being exposing.

Bespoke programmes
A deeper exploration across a full day, allowing teams to work through multiple themes and develop practical tools they can embed immediately. Suitable for leadership away days, development programmes, and organisations navigating significant change.
What to expect
Before every session, Smajo works with you to understand your team, your challenges, and what you need the day to achieve. On the day, participants work with the same ideas that underpin the keynotes but applied directly to their own leadership situations, their own teams, and the specific pressures they are navigating. People leave with something named, something tested, and something they can use.
